and declare that I did make myself a party to and
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose
of Relinquishing all my right of dower in and to the lands
in said conveyance described and granted and that I did the same

This Indenture made the 17th day of March in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven, Between
Antonio Artolozaga late of the State New York now of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part and James L. Neel of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the second part. Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty
dollars, lawful money of the United States of America to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
described as follows: as the south west quarter of the south west
quarter of section eight in township eight south of Range
twenty two east containing Forty acres more or less
(SW1/4 of SW1/4 of Sec 8 T8 S R22 East 40 acres)
