State of Florida } This Indenture made this the 3rd day of November
Alachua County   } in the year 1876 between Mary Jane Brown and Jackson
Brown her husband of said State & County of the first part and P.M.
Oliver of the same State and County of the second part, Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
one hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them
duly paid before the delivery hereof have bargained and sold, and by these
presents do grant and convey unto the said party of the second his heirs and
assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of Land lying & being situate
in the State & County aforesaid & described in the plan of the Town of Gaines-
ville as one acre in the South East corner of Lot No 37 of Browns addition
to said Town, according to a survey of said town made by S.F. Halliday
To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and descri-
bed premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part his heirs Executors or administrators forever and we
the said parties of the first do hereby covenant and agree with the said
party of the second part that we will warrant and defend the above
granted premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.

day of March AD 1877 between Hattie L. Sanchez wife of E.C.F. Sanchez of
Gainesville Alachua County Florida of the first part and Joseph W.
Coburn of the City of Boston Suffolk County Massachusetts of the sec-
ond part, Witnesseth that the the said Hattie L. Sanchez party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of ($138.18/100) one hundred
thirty eight dollars and eighteen cents which is agreed shall be credited
   and said credit to bear date of the mortgage
upon a mortgage given to the said party of the second part which said
Mortgage was given for the sum of ($643.00) six hundred and forty three
dollars upon the property situate lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
Florida and known as the Fredinburg property Commencing at a stake
Thirty feet East of the south East corner of Lot Block (6) six in the Town
