of Gainesville thence along the line dividing Tilman Ingrams Land
from land belonging to the Town of Gainesville (560) Five hundred and
sixty feet thence south (430) four hundred and thirty feet thence
West (560) five hundred and sixty feet thence North (430) Four hundred
and thirty feet to point of beginning Commencement containing five
acres more or less also that other lot known and distinguished as
Block two (2) bounded on the west by street running on the south by
street running East and West on the East by street running north and south
on the North by line dividing the Land of Tilman Ingram from the
Town of Gainesville being (200) two hundred feet square more or less
said Mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book "D" page 261, she has this
day granted bargained and sold and by these presents does does
grant bargain alien and convey unto the said Joseph W. Coburn his
heirs and assigns the following described property to wit: Commencing
at a stake (215) two hundred and fifteen feet south of a stake
Thirty feet East of the south East corner of Lot Block (6) six thence
running south (215) two hundred and fifteen feet thence east four (425)
hundred and twenty five feet thence North (217) two hundred and
seventeen feet thence West (360) Three hundred and sixty feet
to place of commencement containing one and nine tenths acres
To have and to hold the same together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing unto the said Joseph W. Coburn his heirs and assigns
forever and the said party of the first part agrees to warrant
and defend the title to within and foregoing premises against
the claims of all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof the
said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand and seal
