in Tax title Book of said County page 274 and the
said party of the first part for himself and his heirs
the above described and hereby granted and released prem-
ises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
unto the party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
against the said party of the first part and his heirs and
against all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim under and by virtue of any right or 
title of him the party of the first part, and by these pres-
ents will forever defend. In witness whereof the said party
of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the

This Indenture made the fourteenth day of March Anno Domini Eigh-
teen Hundred and seventy seven, between Chas F. McCay of the City of
Baltimore County of Baltimore and State of Maryland and Narcessa
his wife parties of the first part and Margaret L. Beckham
wife of Alexander C. Beckham of the town of Waldo County of
Alachua and State of Florida parties of the second part Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of seventy five Dolls to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold, transfered, and by these pres-
ents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer, and convey unto the
said party of the second part and to her heirs administrators
and assigns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel of
land situate lying and being in the town of Waldo County
of Alachua and State of Florida, and known and described
on the official map of said town as lot number six in
block number sixteen, which said lot of land has a fron-
tage and measures one Hundred feet on Ormand street which 
bounds it on the North East and also a frontage and measures
fifty two and eight tenths feet on Weeks street which bounds it
on the north west  Lot 6 Block 16
