Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the tenth day of July
in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Seventy Six between Elias
Earle and wife Mary L. Earle of the County and State aforesaid of
the one part and Eunice R. Cloud of Chester Co So Carolina of the
other part witnesseth that the said Elias Earle and wife Mary L.
Earle and wife Mary L. Earle for and in consideration of Seventy
five Dollars to them in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Eunice R. Cloud
her heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land which is
partly in lot two (2) Sec 34 T 8 S R 22 E and partly in the Northern
portion of the SE 1/4 of NE1/4 of Sec 33 T 8 S R 22 E being bounded on
the North by the east & west line dividing the North half of Sec 38 from
the south half of the same, on the west by Victoria Avenue and on
the South by the limits of an orange grove and fence fencing the
same containing Seven (7) acres more or less, with all the rights
members appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold the
above described parcel of land unto her the said Eunice R. Cloud
her heirs assigns together with all the rights members and 
appurtenances to the said parcel of land in any wise belonging
to her and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever
in fee simple     And the said Elias Earle and wife Mary
L. Earle for themself their heirs executors and administrators
the said bargained premises together with the right title and
possession thereof unto the said Eunice R. Cloud her heirs and
assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title
thereof against themselves and against the claims of all
other persons whomsoever. In testimony whereof the said Elias
Earle and wife Mary L. Earle have hereunto set their hands
and affixed their seals this the day and year first above
written
