whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, aliened, bargained
sold, transfered, and do by these presents give grant, alien bargain
sell, transfer, and convey unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs administrators and assigns forever, all that
certain lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in
the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida
and known and described on the official map of said town
as lot number seven in Block number sixteen which said
lot of land has a frontage and measures fifty two and eight
tenths feet on Weeks street which bounds it on the north west
and extends at right angle from said Weeks street one
hundred feet in depth. (Lot 7 Block 16) Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging: and also all the estate, right
title interest dower and right of dower property claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity,
of the said parties of the first part of in, and to the
same, with the appurtenances, To have and to hold the
above described premises with the appurtenances there
unto belonging unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns as their absolute property
in fee simple forever, and the said Samuel A. Swann for
himself and for all others claiming by, through, or under
him does covenant and agree, that he is seized in fee
simple of a good and indefeasible estate in and to the above
premises by deed from J. Eli Gregg bearing date of Dec 5
AD 1872 and that he has conveyed the same free and discharged
from all incumbrances and liens of any and every nature and
description created by himself, and that the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all
persons whatsoever: lawfully claiming by through or under them
the said parties of the first part. In testimony whereof the said
parties of the first part have hereunto affixed their hands and seals

Alfred Poindexter } County of Nassau } Be it known that before me
Alfred Poindexter a Judicial Officer in and for the said County per
sonally appeared Samuel A. Swann and Martha R. Swann his
wife on this twentieth day of March AD 1877, who severally acknowledged
that they executed the foregoing deed; and I further certify that
the said Martha R. Swann being at the same time separate and
apart from her said husband did acknowledge under her
hand & seal that she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
to Margaret L. Beckham and that she joined in the said
deed for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing all
dower or right of dower in and to the premises described
therein and that the said relinquishment and renunciation of
dower was and is made fully and voluntarily, and without
