Francis C. Johnson of said County & State and Caroline Johnson
wife of said Francis C. Johnson, who joins in the conveyance
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her right of
dower in and to the premises hereinafter mentioned, and also
of said County & State, for and in consideration of the sum
of six Hundred dolls to them paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and do by these presents grant sell & convey to N.A.
Callison all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and situate in or near the town of Gainesville in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida, Commencing thirty feet north
of the North East corner of George Savage lot, situate in the
North East corner of said town, and running due west five
chains and fifty links to within forty feet of the lot now
owned by the Estate of Nathan Spencer lately deceased thence
north nineteen chains and fifty links to the section line
thence east five chains and fifty links, Thence south nineteen
chains and fifty links to place of beginning, And being
the same lands set forth and described in the deeds made
by James H. Roper to said Francis C. Johnson are dated May 25
AD 1868 and one dated January 15" 1870, to have and to hold 
the said premises to the said Calison his heirs and assigns
Together with all the rights immunities & privileges thereto apper-
taining, and the title to said premises the said Francis C.
Johnson to the said N.A. Callison shall and will forever defend
by these presents, In witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed our seals this March 12" 1877
