Dougherty County } This is to certify that Caroline Johnson to me personally known
as the wife of Francis C. Johnson one of the granters in the foregoing deed
did appear before me the Clerk of the County Court Dougherty County
in said State and having been first examined by me separately
and apart from her said husband did then acknowledge to me that
she had renounced and relinquished all her right and title to dower
in the premises conveyed in said deed dated March 12" AD 1877,
and that said renunciation and relinquishment of dower were made
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband, and I further cer
tify that this acknowledgement was made to me in the presence
of the Hon W.T. Jones Judge of the County Court Dougherty County of
which Court I am the Clerk. In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the seal of said Court, this being first
signed & sealed by said Caroline Johnson this March 13" AD 1877

County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that
I Thomas Tillis for and in consideration of the sum of
Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) to me in hand paid by
Fernando R. Tillis at and before the signing sealing and
delivery of these presents, hath granted, bargained sold and
conveyed unto the said Fernando R. Tillis his heirs and as-
signs forever all my right title and interest in the SE1/4 of
the NE1/4 and the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 31 of
Township seven south of Range 21 East containing 80 acres
more or less 85 83/100 acres situated in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, Together with all and singular the here-
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. In witness whereof
