County of Alachua } This Indenture made the 2" day of
April in the year One thousand eight hundred & seventy seven
between Phillip B.H. Dudley Sr party of the first part and Silord
James party of the second part all of the State and County
aforesaid, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar lawful
money of the United States of America to him in hand paid
by said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has bargained, granted, sold, aliened, remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents, doth,
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and con-
firm unto the said party of the second part and to her
heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel
of land lying and being situate in the County and State afore-
said and more particularly described as follows, The
North west quarter of the North East, Section Thirty three
township nine Range Eighteen, and the south East quarter
of the south west quarter section twenty Eight Township
nine range Eighteen, containing in all eighty acres more
or less, together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
and also all the estate right title, interest, property, pos-
session, claim and demand, whatsoever, as well in law
as in equity, of the said party of the first part of, with or
to the above described premises, and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and 
to hold all and singular the above mentioned and des-
cribed premises together with the appurtenances unto
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever.
