said Arabella H. Johnson and to her heirs and assigns all and
all name of dower and right and title whatever which
I, the said Sarah P. Hawthorn now have or may have or by right
to have or claim in to or out of the within described premises
with the appurtenances granted unto the said Arabella H. Johnson

Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the first (1st) day
of March AD Eighteen Hundred & seventy four between Augustus
H. Johnson and Florida N. Johnson his wife of the County and
State aforesaid of the first part and Thomas A. Johnson of the
same place of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
Augustus H. Johnson and Florida N. Johnson his wife, for and
in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred Dolls to them
in hand paid at and before the sealing & delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Hath granted bargained
& sold and conveyed and doth by these presents, Grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Thomas A. Johnson his heirs and assigns
the following tracts or parcels of Land lying and being in the County
and State aforesaid, to wit, in Township 11 Range 21 East in section
25 in the Arredondo Grant Commencing at the south west corner of
said section Running East 38 1/2 chains to a Cypress swamp then
North with the meanderings of the swamp to a branch or bay
head, thence up said branch or Bay head to a fence thence
west to a stake in the western boundary line of said Section 25
thence south 19 chains to the place of beginning numbering 50
acres more or less, also 5 acres in section 23 on the Eastern
boundary line near the center of said section or line running north
and south of section 23 and 24 where his residence out buildings &c
are now situated also the right of way to said land in section
23 and 24. To have and to hold said tracts or parcels of Land
unto him the said Thomas A. Johnson his heirs and assigns together
with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof
