whereas Thomas of Duval of the State of Florida and
County of Alachua is
This Indenture made the twelfth day of August Anno Domini Eigh-
teen Hundred and seventy six, between Archibald H. Cole of the
town of Orange Hill County of Putnam and State of Florida party
of the first part and Thomas B. Tillis of the town of Waldo County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars, to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, The receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged, hath given granted aliened, bargained
sold transferred and do by these presents, give grant alien
bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said party of the
second part and his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever all that certain lot, tract or parcel of Land situate
lying and being in the town of Waldo, County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described on the
Official plats of said town as Lot number two in block
numbered Eighteen (Lot 2 Block 18) which said lot of land
measures fifty two and eight tenths feet on Kennard street
(which bounds it on the south east) and extends one Hundred
feet in depth at a right angle from said Kennard street.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate right
title interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, as well
in law as in equity, of the said party of the first part, of,
in and to the same, with the appurtenances. To have and to hold
the above described premises, with the appurtenances thereunto
belonging unto the said party of the second part, and his
heirs executors administrators and assigns, as their absolute
property, in fee simple forever, and the said Archibald H.
Cole for himself and for all others claiming by, through, or under him |
