Alachua County } Justice of the Peace in and for said County Elias
Earle and M.L. Earle his wife to me well known who severally
acknowledged they executed the foregoing deed of conveyance and
acknowledged that they Executed the same for the purposes therein

This Indenture made and entered into ont his the Seventh day of July
in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Six
Between the Florida Land and Immigration Company a body corporate by
the laws of the State of Florida party of the first part and Franklin
P. Wheeler party of the second part Witnesseth That the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of Fifty Dollars 00/100 ($50 00/100)
lawful money of the United States of America to it in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has given, granted
aliened bargained sold transferred conveyed and confirmed; and
does by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or
parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and better known and described on the public
maps and records of said State as the North West quarter of the
Noth east quarter (NW1/4 of NE1/4) of Section Two(S2) Township (T8)
South of Range twenty one (R21) (East-NW1/4 of NE1/4 of Sec 2 T82 R21E)
constituting forty acres more or less To have and to hold the
above granted bargained and described premises together
with all and singular the rights and priveleges, immunities
easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns as his absolute property in fee simple forever And
the said Florida Land and Immigration Company for itself and assigns
and for all others claiming by through or under it, does covenant and
agree, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents
the said Company is seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the
above premises, and has good right to convey the same as it has
conveyed the same free and discharged from all incumbrances and
heirs of any and every nature and description and that the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly
and peaceably and may at all times hereafter have use, occupy possess
and enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatsoever lawfully claiming the same and that it will at any
and at all times make such further covenantts conveyances
and assurances at the expense of the said party of the second part |
