does covenant and agree that he is seized in fee simple
of a good and indefeasible estate in and to the above premises
by deed from the Trustees of the Florida Rail Road Company
bearing date of June 12" AD 1867, and that he has conveyed the
same free and discharged from all incumbrances and liens of
any and every nature and description created by him
self; and that the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described
premises against all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming by
through or under him, The said party of the first part.

This Indenture made the 30" day of March in the year of our
Lord One Thousand eight Hundred and seventy seven, Between
H.P.A. and Kissiah Massey of the town of Waldo in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, of the first part, and
Thomas B. Tillis and Vivien F. Tillis of State and County afore-
said of the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States of
America, to them in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath,
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and
confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise release, convey and confirm unto the said parties of
the second part and their heirs and assigns, forever, all that
lot or parcel of Land lying and being in the town of Waldo
Alachua County and State of Florida described as follows,
Lot number three in Block number six, as per plan of the
town drawn by P.W.O. Koenner, January 1871, "Lot 3 Block 6"
Together with all and singular the Land, tenements heredit-
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, And also all
