State of Florida, acknowledge and declare on oath
that we did make myself a parties to and executed
the foregoing Deed of conveyance, for the purpose of con-
veying our right and title in and to the lands in said
conveyance described and granted and that we do the
same freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion,
constraint, apprehension or fear, of, or from our said husbands

it known that on this 30th day of March AD 1877 personally
appeared before me a Justice of the Peace of the State of Florida
the above named H.P. and Kissiah Massey to me well
known as the wifes of J.H. and A.C. Massey and as both
of these persons described in and who executed the
foregoing Deed of conveyance, who being at the time sep-
arate and apart from their husbands the said J.H. and
A.C. Massey, did then and there make and execute the
foregoing acknowledgement under their name & oath being
with their own hands subscribed and their seals affixed
in my presence. Witness my hand and seal, at
