State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I,
Alachua County   } Josiah T. Walls and Hellen H. Walls my wife
of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration
of the sum of Three Thousand Nine hundred and twenty nine
($3929 96/100) Dollars to me the said J.T. Walls cash in hand
on this day paid by Isaac Saunders of Scituate Rhode Island
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed; and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and con
firm unto him the Said Isaac Saunders all of the following
property real and personal, to wit: All that piece parcel or
tract of Land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida, within the bounds of the
"Arredondo Grant" known formerly as the Hein place and
then again as the Ramsey place adjoining lands of William
Colson and others and has lately been popularly known
as the Harrison or Walls place and measuring and Contain-
ing One thousand (1000) acres of land more or less and
having such shape and form and marks as will appear by
reference to the maps in current use of the said "Arredon-
do Grant" made by "Burr and Washington" in conformity
with the survey and division of said "Arredondo Grant" under
the direction of the Commissioners appointed by the Su-
perior Court of the District of East Florida at the June
Term of the year AD 1845, and dated at St. Augustine
Fla February 9th AD 1846 upon which said maps said
tract of land is designated as belonging to D.L. Clinch
said maps being hereby and herein especially referred
to and made part and parcel hereof, so far as the accurate
boundaries of said lands hereby conveyed is, or can be
shown and determined by said Maps, said lands being
the same that were heretofore on the 11th day of March AD
1854 conveyed by John H. McIntosh Clinch as executor
of the last will and Testament of Duncan L. Clinch,
to James W. Harrison which deed was recorded at
pages 452 and 453, of Deed Book D, records of Alachua
County Florida, and were subsequently thereto conveyed
by the said James W. Harrison to me the said J.T. Walls
by Deed; also one other piece of land adjoining the
above in the same County and State and known and
described as fractional section Thirty four (34) in
Township ten (10) South, Range Nineteen (19) East, of the
"Arredondo Grant" Containing one hundred and
seventy four (174 50/100) 50/100 acres, which was heretofore
conveyed by one Henry Marquand to the said
James W. Harrison by Deed which is recorded at page
503, of Deed Book "D" records of Alachua County Fla and
was subsequently conveyed by the said James W.
Harrison to me the said J.T. Walls by deed, together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments

For and in consideration of the full and complete satisfaction and payment of
this mortgage I hereby cancel the same on this 27th day of November AD 1883
