and appurtenances to the said lands belonging or in any
wise appertaining = Also the following personal property now
in the said County of Alachua in said State of Florida to wit:

Four^head of dark Brown horse mules called Jim, Jack, John and
Mike, respectively, Three (3) head of Mare Mules Called respectively
"Patsy, Jane and Nellie" One (1) horse called George, Two (2) Mares
(one gray the other a bay) Called respectively "Kit and Margaret,"
One (1) dark bay mare Mule Called Queen; One hundred (100)
head of hogs more or less, marked with a swallow fork an 
under and upper bit in the right Ear and with a crop two splits
an upper and under bit in the left Ear, Fourteen (14) head of Cattle
marked in the Ears with the same mark as the Hogs above mentioned
and branded with the letters J.T.W., One Twelve horse power
Steam Engine and boilers, with one grist Mill, Three (3) Gins
and all the shafting, betting, machinery, fixture, apparatus
Gearing, attachments, and appurtenances to said Engine
Mill boilers and Gins in any wise belonging or appertain-
ing = To have and to hold all and singular the real and
personal property hereinafter particularly described
unto him the said Isaac Saunders and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever

sonally appeared Mrs Ellen H. Walls wife of Josiah T. Walls
the grantor in the foregoing deed of conveyance who being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said Husband says and acknowledges that
she signed and executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance
Conjointly with her said Husband for the purpose of re-
leasing and relinquishing all her right or possibility
of Right to Dower in all of the property both real and personal
in said Deed particularly described: and that said release
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was made
and executed by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint, apprehension or fear of or from
her said Husband        }            her
