and deliver the foregoing deed of conveyance for the
uses and purposes as are in said deed Contained
and expressed and that he together with J.H. McQueen

Alachua County   } This agreement made & entered into on this first
day of April AD 1877 by and between Isaac Saunders of
Scituate in the State of Rhode Island and Josiah T. Walls of
Alachua County in the State of Florida. Witnesseth that the
said Isaac Saunders upon his part does hereby agree to
convey to Josiah T. Walls the following described property
real and personal to wit: All that piece parcel of tract
of land Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida, Within the bounds of the Arredondo
Grant Known formerly as the Hein place. And then again
as the Ramsey Place adjoining lands of Wm Colsen
and others. And has more laitealy been popularly Known
as the Harrison or Walls Place and measuring and
containing One Thousand (1000) Acres of land more or
less and having Such Shape and form and marks as
will appear by reference to the maps in current use
of the Arredondo Grant made by Burr and Washington
in conformity with the Survey and direction of said Arre-
dondo Grant" under the direction of the Commissioners appointed
by the Superior Court of the District of East Florida, at the June
term of the year AD 1845, and dated at St Augustine Fla
on the 9" day of February AD 1846, upon which said maps
said tract of land is designated as belonging to D.L. Clinch
said maps being hereby and herein especially refered to and
made part and parcel hereof, so far as the accurate
boundaries of said land is or can be Shown and determined by
said maps, said land being the same that were heretofore
on the 11" day of March AD 1854 conveyed by John H. McIntosh
Clinch as Executor of the last will and testament of Duncan
L. Clinch deceased, to James W. Harrison Which deed was
recorded at pages 452 and 453 of Deed Book D, records of
Alachua County Fla and was subsequently thereto Conveyed
by the said Jas W. Harrison to Josiah T. Walls by deed saving
and excepting of said One Thousand (1000) Acre tract All hundred
