(100) Acre thereof to be bounded and designated as follows,
to commence at the South West corner of said Grant thence along
the Southern boundary line of said One Thousand Acre tract or
grant to the South East corner of Said Grant, thence to run
North a Sufficient distance to a point from which a live
oak can be extended West to the west boundary line of said grant
and thence South to the place of beginning so as to form a par
allelogram containing one Hundred Acres of land Whose East
line shall be equal to the west line, and Whose North line
shall be equal to its South line which said one Hundred
Acres of land the said Isaac Saunders hereby excepts and
reserves from the provisions of this agreement = And the said
Isaac Saunders hereby further agrees to convey unto the said Josiah
T. Walls that certain other piece parcel or tract of land adjoin-
ing the above described One Thousand Acre tract in said
State and County and Known and described as fractional
Section Twenty four (24) in Township ten (10) Range Nine-
teen (19) East of the Arredondo Grant, Containing One Hundred
and Seventy four 50/100 (174 50/100) Acres of land which was
heretofore conveyed by deed by Henry G. Marquand to
the Said James W. Harrison which deed is recorded at page
503 of Deed Book D records of Alachua County Fla
The said Isaac Saunders also agrees to convey and sell to
the said J.T. Walls the following personal property, to wit:
Four (4) head of dark brown horse mules, called Jim Jack
John and Mike," respectively, Three (3) head of Mare Mules
called respectively, Patsy Jane and Nellie, One (1) horse called
George" Two (2) Mares (one gray the other a bay) called respect-
ively, Kit and Margaret One (1) dark bay mare mule called
Queen" One Hundred head of hogs more or less, marked with
a swallow fork, an under and upper bit in the right Ear,
and with a crop two splits and upper and under bits in
the left ear, Fourteen (14) head of Cattle marked in the Ears
with the same marks as the hogs above mentioned and
branded with the letters J.T.W. One twelve horse power Steam
engine and boilers with one Grist Mill, three (3) Gins and all
the Shafting, belting machinery, fixtures, apparatus, Gearing
attachments and appurtenances to said engine, mill boilers
and gins in any wise belonging or appertaining, but this agree-
ment upon the part of said Isaac Saunders to sell and convey
said lands and said personal property is entered into and
made by him upon the express condition that the said Josiah
T. Walls shall and will pay to him the said Isaac Saunders
therefor the sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred and twenty
nine 90/100 Dollars with interest thereon payable annually
from the date hereof at the rate of Twenty (20) per cent per
annum, And that said amount of Three Thousand Nine hun-
dred and twenty nine 98/100 (3929 96/100) Dollars, together with
the interest at said rate of twenty percent shall be fully
paid up at the end of three (3) years from the date of this instrument
