being duly sworn says that he saw Isaac Saunders and 
Josiah T. Walls sign & seal the foregoing instrument of
writing for the uses and purposes as are therein contained
and expressed and that he together with Daniel C. Martin
signed the same as subscribing witnesses thereto.

This Indenture made the second day of April in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven, Between
Robt B. Wasson of the first part and E.A. Wasson of the 
second part Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted bargained, sold, aliened
remised, released, conveyed, and confirmed and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and her
heirs and assigns forever, all of the following described prop-
erty, Viz, Lot one (1) Block three (3) Range two (2) of the survey of
the town of Gainesville, State and County aforesaid, Together
with all and singular the "Lands" tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof, And also all the estate, right, title, interest
dower and right of dower, separate estate property, possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said party of the first part, of, in and to the same and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances; To
have and to hold the above granted, bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the sec-
ond part her heirs and assigns, to their own proper use, benefit
and behoof forever, and the said party of the first part for
his heirs executors, and administrators does covenant promise
and agree to and with the said party of the second part, her
heirs and assigns, that the said party of the first part was
at the time of the sealing and delivery of these presents lawfully
seized in fee simple of a good absolute and indefeasible estate
of inheritance of and in all and singular the above granted bargained
