State of Florida  } This Indenture made this the fifteenth (15) day of
County of Alachua } March in the year of our lord one thousand eighteen hundred
and seventy seven between Eli Futch the party of the first part and Henry J.
Futch the party of the second part witnesseth that the party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred $600.00 dollars
to him in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey to the party of the second part all of that
certain tract or parcel of Land known and described as the N Half (1/2) of
the SE quarter (1/4) and N half (1/2) of section twenty four (24) and SE
quarter (1/4) of section thirteen (13) and E half (1/2) of NE quarter (1/4)
of SW quarter of SE quarter (1/4) of SW quarter (1/4) of section thirteen
(13) in Township seven (7) Range Eighteen East (18) containing six
hundred and twenty (620) acres more or less situated in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida to have and to hold the said prem-
ises together with the building and improvements and the appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said
party of the first part his heirs and assigns executors and adminis-
trators for ever in fee simple, and the said party of the first part
do covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part
to warrant and defend the title to the party of the second part his
heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of any and all persons
whomsoever. In witness whereof the said party of the first part hath

a Justice of the Peace of the aforesaid State and County Martha
C. Futch wife of Eli Futch who being interrogated separate and
apart from without any fear of her husband she saith that she
by these presents she doth relinquish all and singular her right
of Dower to the aforesaid granted premises believing the same to be right
to be done in witness whereof she hath hereunto set her hand and seal

Alachua County   } Be it remembered that Martha C. Futch wife of Eli
Futch the grantor of the foregoing deed and who being separate and 
apart from her said husband before me a Judicial officer of
said State acknowledged that she executed the foregoing acknowledg-
ment for the purpose therein contained.
