This Indenture made this the twenty eight day of October 1867 between
Caroline M. Swanson of the County & State afforesaid of one part and
Marion F. Swanson of same place of the other part witnesseth that the said
Caroline M. Swanson of the sum of two hundred dollars has granted
and sold and by these presents doth grant and bargain & sell
unto the said Marion F. Swanson his heirs and assigns all that
tract or parcel of land situated lying & being the South West Quarter
of the North West Quarter Section fourteen in Township Eight Range
twenty one East containing forty and lying and being in the
of Alachua in said State of Florida To have and to hold unto
Marion F. Swanson and his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
and the said Caroline M. Swanson her heirs and assigns will
and shall well and truly warrant the title of said lot or tract
of land to Marion F. Swanson his heirs & assigns against the
claim of herself and her heirs and the lawful claims of all
other persons

hath hereto set her hand and and affixed her seal the day above

day of November Eighteen hundred & Sixty nine between Marion F. Swanson
of the County & State afforesaid of one part and J.M. Ellis of the same place
of the other part Witnesseth that the said Marion F. Swanson of the
sum of Forty Eight Dollars has granted and sold & by these presents
doth grant and bargain & sell unto the said J.M. Ellis his heirs
and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and 
being the South west Quarter of the North west Quarter section fourteen
in Township Eight Range Twenty one East, Containing forty acres and
lying and being in the County of Alachua in said State of Florida
to have and to hold unto J.M. Ellis and his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple and the said Marion F. Swanson his heirs and assigns
will and shall well and truly warrant the title of said  lot or
parcel or tract of land to J.M. Ellis his heirs and assigns against
the claim of him Self and his heirs and the lawful claims
of all other persons
