This Indenture, mad the seventh day of February Anno Domini Eighteen hundred
and seventy seven between Patrick Kelly of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau
and State of Florida and Christiannna his wife parties of the first part and
Liela T. Earle wife of Baylis J. Earle of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida party of the second part witnesseth: that the said part=
ies of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, aliened, bargained,
sold transferred, and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bar-
gain, sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second
part and to her heirs administrators and assigns forever, all that
certain Lot, Tract or Parcel of Land situate, lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and
described on the public maps of said State as the North East
of the North East quarter of section thirty two in township Eight
south of Range Twenty two East containing Forty acres more
or less (NE14 of NE1/4 sec 32. T8. S R22 E 40, acres).
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur=
=tenances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate, right, title, interest,
dower and right of dower, property claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in Equity of the said parties of the first part, of, in,
and to the same, with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold the above described premises, with the
appurtenances thereunto belonging belonging unto the said
party of the second part, and to her heirs administrators and
assigns as their absolute property in fee simple forever, And the
said parties of the first part for themselves and all others claim=
ing by, through, or under them do covenant and agree that
they are seized in fee simple of a good and indefeasable
estate in and to the above premises, by deed from Silas
Weeks bearing date sixth day of August 1863, and that they
have conveyed the same free and discharged from all encum=
brances and Liens of any and every nature and description
created by themselves, and that the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
above described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
claiming by, through or under them the said parties of the first
