executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance to Leila T. Earle wife of
Baylis J. Earle and that she joined in the said deed for the purpose
of renouncing all dower, or right of Dower, in and to the premises des=
cribed therein, and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was and is made fully and voluntarily and without any com-
pulsion or constraint, apprehension, or fear of or from her husband the
said Patrick Kelly

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that we John
B. Dell and Laura L. Dell wife of John B. Dell of the County and
State aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of Four hun=
dred dollars to us in hand paid by James S. Turner of the County of
Levy & State of Florida The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained & sold and by these presents doth
grant bargain sell & convey unto the said James S. Turner
his heirs and assigns the following tract or parcel of Land lying
situate and being in the County of Alachua and described as
follows (viz) North East quarter of sec Twenty two Township Ten
Range fifteen East containing one hundred and sixty
acres more or less. To have and to hold the same unto the said
James S. Turner his heirs and assigns forever and we do covenant
with the said James S. Turner his heirs and assigns that we are
lawfully seized in fee simple of the premises that they are free
from all encumbrances and that we will warrant and defend
the same to the said James S. Turner his heirs and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whosoever
claiming In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
