going deed as their act and deed

Alachua County   } we John B. Dell and Mrs Laura L. Dell
wife of John B. Dell of the County and State aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen hundred
dollars to us in hand paid by James S. Turner of the County of
Levy and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said James S. Turner
his heirs and assigns forever the following described tracts
or parcels of land lying and being in said County of Alachua
and more particularly known as the East half of section six
Township ten south of Range Fifteen also the West1/2 of NW1/4
and NW1/4 of SW1/4 in section five Township Ten Range

fifteen East containing Four hundred^acres more or less. To have
and to hold the same unto the said James S. Turner his heirs and 
assigns forever, and we do covenant with the said James S.
Turner his heirs and assigns that we are lawfully seized in fee
of the premises that they are free from all encumbrances and
that we will warrant and defend the same to the said James S.
Turner his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims and
demand of all persons whomsoever claiming.
  In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
seals this 22nd day of September in the year of our Lord one
