is bounded and described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the
North East corner of said Lot No Four (4) in Block No Two (2)
in Range No Three (3) and running West One hundred and ninety
seven (197) feet, thence south sixty (60) feet, thence East one
hundred and forty seven (147) feet to the south west corner of
of the Lot or Parcel of land formerly owned by John T.
Mathews, thence North twenty five (25) feet, thence East Fifty
(50) feet, thence North Thirty five (35) feet to the place of
beginning containing all the land within the boundaries above
given, together with all and singular the Tenements, heredita=
ments, and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining=
To have and to hold the same unto him the said G.G. Green
and to his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns in fee
simple forever.
And we the said Betty Margaret Mengert and her

son^Ulrich T. Mengert as the sole heirs at law of the said
John H. Mengert deceased, do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said G.G. Green that we will, and our, and
each of our, heirs, executors, and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend him the said G.G. Green
in the title to the property hereby conveyed, and in the
quiet and peaceable enjoyment of the possession thereof
against the claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same
