Josiah T. Walls and Ellen T. Walls his wife both of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve hundred and
fifty dollars to us in hand paid by Moses Endel and Marcus Endel
Merchants and partners doing business under the firm name and
style of M. Endel & Son, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Moses Endel and
Marcus Endel as partners under said firm name of M. Endel and Son
all that lot Block piece or parcel of land lying being and situated
in the town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly Known and described according to the maps or plats of 
the original survey of said Town of Gainesville as the West half of Block
One (1) Range Four (4) being an area Two hundred (200) feet from
North to South and Ninety eight and one half 98/100 feet from East to
West together with all and singular the buildings tenements heredit
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
         To have and to hold the same to them the said Moses Endel and
Marcus as partners under the firm name of M. Endal Son and to their
and each of their heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple forever.     And we the said Josiah T. Walls do hereby convenant to
