lute property in fee simple forever.
And the said Florida Land and Immigration Company, for itself
and assigns, and for all others claiming by, through or under it,
does covenant and agree, that at the time of the execution and
delivery of these presents the said Company is seized of a good and
indefeasable fee simple to the above premises, and has good right
to convey the same, as it has conveyed the same, free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and de=
secription; and that the said party of the second part his executors
administrators heirs and assigns, shall quietly and peaceably and
may at all times hereafter, have, use, occupy, possess and enjoy the
above described premises against all persons whatsoever, lawfully
claiming the same, and that it will at any and at all times make
such further covenant, conveyances and assurances at the expense of
the said party of the second part, as he the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns, or counsel learned in the law may require.
  In Witness whereof, the said party of the first part
has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and these
presents to be subscribed by its President and Resident Manager,

This Indenture, made the nineteenth day of March Anno Domini
Eighteen hundred and seventy seven, between Donald McRae of the
City of Wilmington and State of North Carolina party of the 
first part, and Wade A. Geiger of the Town of Archer of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part: Witness-
eth: That the said party of the first part for and in consider-
atiion of the sum of One hundred and fifty Dollars to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, aliened, bargained -
sold, transferred, and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain,
sell, transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part and
to his heirs, administrators and assigns, forever, all those certain
Lots Tracts or Parcels of Land, situate lying and being in the Town of Archer
County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described on the of=
ficial map or plat of said town as lots numbered four and five of Block
number six, which said Lots each have a frontage and measure
thirty three feet width on Young street which bounds them on the
North West and extends seventy five feet in depth to Dudley Street
on which the measure thirty three feet each and which bounds
them on the South East. (Lots 4 & 5, Block 6).
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate, right
title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever; as well in
