to and with the said M. Endel and Son and with their heirs executors
administrators and assigns that we are the absolute owners of
the property hereby conveyed and that we have good and perfect right
to sell and convey the same and that we will and our and each

with her said husband for the purposes of releasing and relinquishing
all her right of dower in and to the property in said deed particularly
described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of dower
was made and executed by her freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
