wife of Richard C. Davis and as one of the persons who signed and
sealed the foregoing deed who being at the time separate and
apart from her husband the said Marion B. Davis did then and there
make and execute the foregoing acknowledgement he name being
with her own hand subscribed and her seal affixed in my presence

This Indenture made and entered into this 30th day of April AD 1877
between James Doig and Wm H. Robertson and their wives Francis W. Doig
and Margaret E. Robertson (who join in this deed for the purpose of renoun-
cing and relinquishing their right of dower to the premises hereinafter
conveyed of the first part, and Ellen J. Marchmont of the second part
Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of fifty dollars, to them paid the receipt whereof is hereby ackno-
wledged have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain and sell and convey to the party of the second part, all that certain
tract or parcel of land known and described in a map of Voyles survey of
1876 as lots 9 and 10 Block 2, Range 1, of an Eastern Addition to the Town
of Gainesville in the County of Alachua and State of Florida.
To have and to hold to the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns, with the rights and appurtenance thereto belonging, and the
title to the same the parties of the first part, to the party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns, shall and will forever warrant and defend
by these presents. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
