of the said party of the first part in and to the above described
premises and every part and parcel thereof, To have and to hold

This Indenture made the seventeenth day of May, in the year
one thousand Eight hundred and seventy seven, between Josiah Drake
of the City of Cincinnati and County of Hamilton, and State of Ohio, of
the first part, and Ada P. Drake of the same place of the second part,
Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of one hundred dollars, lawful money of the United States
to him duly paid before the delivery hereof, hath bargained and sold
to the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, forever all that
certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, and is known and described as follows,
to wit; - Beginning at a stake, south side of the dich which runs across
the McCall East boundary line, as a corner; being the North East corner,

Running^along, said^a distance of 208 feet and 7/10, thence south, 208 feet
and 7/10, thence East 208 feet and 7/10 to McCauls East boundary line
thence; North; along said boundary line 208 feet and 7/10 to the place
of beginning containing one square acre, lying and being in the town of
Gainesville and State of Florida together with all the the tenements, hered-
itaments, and all the estate title and interest, of the said party of the
first part therein, and the said party of the first part doth hereby cov=
enant and agree with the said party of the second part, that he the
said party of the first part is the lawful owner of the premises above gran-
ted, and that he will warrant and and defend the above granted
premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party
