Know all men by these presents that I Ella Palmer of Alachua County
Florida wife of Frank Palmer of said County in consideration of five
dollars and other good consideration, me thereto moving have granted
quit claimed and released and by these presents do grant quit claim
and release to Henry G. Marquand of the City of New York his heirs and
assigns the following described tract of land to wit Section No 26 twenty
six of township (10) ten of Range (18) eighteen East of the Arredondo
Grant in said County of Alachua, To have and to hold the said prem
ises forever, released, discharged and quit Claimed of all claim
title right or equity of us or either of us in and to the same, In
Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this 22nd day

described premises & without compulsion constraint or apprehen-
sion: in of her said husband as her own act & deed and Sub-
