This Indenture made the Fourth day of November in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy five Bewteen Robert Boler
and his wife Ellen Bowler of the County of Duval and State of Florida
parties of the first part and Colamnus Rawls of the County of Alachua
Florida party of the second part.
Witness that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of One hundred and Seven (107) Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever All that certain piece or parcel of land lying being and
situate in the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua and State of Florida
and being the west half of a lot of land which last mentioned lot con-
tains one acre more or less & purchased by Robert Boler of the Town
of Gainesville of the County and State aforesaid from Charles W. Brush, Executor
of the City of Baltimore and State of Maryland Sec deed recorded in libel
H folio 573 one of the and Records of Alachua County The aforesaid half
herein conveyed being the half of the last mentioned aforesaid lot in
which there is a pond & being more particularly described and
bounded as follows The lot herein and hereby conveyed being (330)
Three hundred and thirty feet by Eighty six (86) feet and containing
one half 1/2 acres more or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof, and also all the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the said part of the first part of in and to the
same and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to his or their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever. And the said parties of the first part
for their heirs executors and administrators do covenant grant
agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns that the said parties of the first part at the time of the
sealing and delivery of these presents are lawfully seized of a good
absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance and have good right
full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell and

convey the same in manner and form aforesaid. And that the said^
of the second part his heirs and assigns shall and may at all times
hereafter peaceably and quietly have, hold, use, occupy, possess and enjoy
the above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof,
with the appurtenances without any let suit, trouble, molestation,
