City & County of Charleston }   On the twenty sixth day of July A.D.
Eighteen hundred Seventy Six before me at City of Charleston aforesaid
personally appeared James D. Kirkpatrick, Known to me as the Individual
described in and who executed the within deed and acknowledged to me
that he executed the same.

Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that I Amelia E.
Taylor together with my Husband R.F. Taylor both of said State and County
for and in consideration of the love and affection which I have and
bear for my Sister Annie T. Carlisle which love and affection I believe
to be deeply and heartfeltly mutal, she the said Annie T. Carlisle having
named her first born for and after me, have given granted Bargained
aliened and conveyed, and by these presents do give grant bargain
alien and convey unto her the said Annie T. Carlisle all that all
that certain lot piece or parcel of land lying being and situated
in the town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly described as commencing at the South east
corner of the lot of land heretofore sold to my husband R.F. Taylor
by the representatives of the estate of James B. Bailey decd and
by my said husband conveyed to me and upon a part of which
I the said Amelia E. Taylor do now reside in said Town of Gainesville
there from said South East corner North Two hundred and Ten
)210( feet to a stake thence West Two hundred and ten (210)
feet to a stake, thence South Two hundred and Ten (210) feet
to a stake on the South boundary of said land thence East Two
hundred and ten (210) feet to the place of beginning containing
one acre more or less = To have and to hold the same to her the
said Annie T. Carlisle, and to her heirs executors administrators
and assigns together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
any wise appertaining in fee simple forever
  In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal and to which my said husband has hereunto affixed his
hand & seal on this 29th day of July A.D. 1875
