for and in consideration of the sum of (120000) Twelve hundred Dollars to
me in hand paid by Thomas B. Tillis at and before the signing sealing
and delivery of these presents do hereby grant bargain and sell and
by these presents hath granted bargained sold and conveyed unto
the said Thomas B. Tillis his heirs and assigns forever all my
right title and interest in lot number (3) three and (4) four of
Section (19) Nineteen Township (9) nine South of Range twenty two East
containing (110) One hundred and Ten acres more or less situated in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida
     Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
there unto belonging In witness where of I have here unto sett my
hand and affix my seal this 17" day Oct A.D. 1871

     This Indenture made this the Fourth day of August in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy between Keziah
Jones of the County of Bradford and State of Florida party of the first
part and Jackson Jones of Alachua County Florida party of the
second part  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred dollars to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby aknowledged
have bargained sold released granted conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents doth bargain sell, release, grant convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever
North East quarter of the South West quarter and the South West
quarter of the South East quarter Section Sixteen Township Eight
Range twenty one lying and being in the County of Alachua
