claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as Equity of the said
party of the first part, in and to the above described premises, and
every part and parcel there of:  To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and asssigns to his and their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever.  And the said party of
the first part for his heirs executors and administrators do
hereby covenant with the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns that at the time of the delivery here of the said party
of the first part was the lawful owner of the premises above
granted and seized there of in fee simple absolute: that they are
free from all encumbrances; that the said party of the first
part has good right to sell and convey the same to the said 
party of the second part as aforesaid; and that the said party
of the first part his heirs executors and administrators the above
described and hereby granted and conveyed premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against
the said party of the first part and his heirs and against all
and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim the same shall and will warrant and by these
presents forever defend.  In Witness whereof, the said party
of the the first part has hereunto set her hand and affixed her
seal, the day and year first above written

                           Relinquishment of Dower

     State of Florida }
     Bradford County  } Know all men by these presents that I Keziah
Jones Grantor in the foregoing deed conveying Real Estate for and in
consideration of the premises in said deed mentioned and of one
dollar to me in hand paid by Jackson Jones Grantee in said deed
mentioned the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised
released, relinquished, renounced and by these presents do remise
release relinquish, renounce and forever quit claim unto the
said Jackson Jones all my dower and right of dower
in and to the lands in the foregoing deed mentioned and conveyed
to have and to hold the same unto the said Jackson Jones his
heirs and assigns, forever; and I do hereby acknowledge that
I do the same freely and voluntarily
   In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this the Fourth day of August A.D. 1876
