  This Indenture made this 18" day of Sept A.D. 1871 between Tapley Tillis
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part
and Joseph Lynn of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part     Witnessenth     That I Tapley Tillis
of the same State and County aforesaid for and in consideration
of the sum of Eight hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Joseph
Lynn in said County and State the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge as given granted granted bargained Sold and
convyeed and by these presents do give grant bargain Sell and
convey unto the said Joseph Lynn the following piece and parcel
of land situated in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
known as the South East quarter of the South East quarter of Section
Sixteen Township Eight Range Twenty containing Eighty acres
and lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same
in anywise appertaining or belonging to have and to hold
the foresaid granted premises unto the said Joseph Lynn,
his heirs and assigns and on behalf forever I the Said Tapley
Tillis for myself my heirs and Executors and administrators
do covenant with said Joseph Lynn his heirs and assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the aforesaid
