This Indenture made the thirteenth day of July Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred and Seventy Six between Mary L. Earle of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part and Francis M. Wheeler
of the County of Nassau and State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to her in hand paid by the said
party of the second the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given granted, aliened bargained sold transferred, and do by
