red and ten feet (210 ft) to another stake, thence South three
hundred and fifty feet (350 ft) to another stake and thence west
two hundred and ten feet (210 ft) to the place of beginning containing
two (2) acres more or less; To have and to hold the said parcel of land
unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever; Together with the rights and appurtenances unto the same
belonging in law or equity. And the said parties of the first part for
themselves, executors and administrators, covenant that they are
lawfully seized in fee simple of said premises that the same is unin-
cumbered, and that they warrant and will defend the title to the same
unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns

Alachua County } Be it remembered that on this the 3rd
day of July AD 1877 personally came before me J.F. Noland Justice
of the Peace the above named Sarah C. Wynn wife of S.G. Wynn
who upon an examination before me Separate and apart
from her said husband, acknowledged that she did make
sign and seal the foregoing conveyance as her own deed
and doth in consideration of one dollar in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged voluntarily and with
out compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband relinquish and renounce and grant all her
estate in fee simple or dower unto Ida Avera in and to the land
mentioned in said deed.
