Interest in and to the lands in said conveyance described and granted,
and that I did the same freely and voluntarily, and without any compul-
sion, constraint, apprehension, or fear, of or from my said husband.
In witness whereof, I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal,
this 18th day of April AD one thousand eight hundred and seventy

County of Alachua } To all whom it may concern: Be it known that
on this 18th day of April AD 1877, personally appeared before me,
a Justice of the Peace of the State of Florida, the above named Mary
L. Earle to me well known as the wife of Elias Earle and as one of the
persons described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance
who being at the time separate and apart from her husband the said
Elias Earle did then and there make and execute the foregoing ac-
knowledgement, her name being with her own hand subscribed, and 
her seal affixed in my presence.
Witness my hand and Seal, at Waldo, the day and year above written

Elias Earle to me well known as the person described in, and 
who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance, and acknowledged
that he executed the same for the purpose therein expressed; where-
upon it is prayed that the same may be recorded.

this 18th day of April 1877

This Indenture made the fifth day of July in the year one
thousand eight hundred and Seventy seven between Thomas B. Ellis
of the Town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida of the first part, and P.M. Oliver of the same place of
the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars law-
ful money of the United States, to him duly paid, before the deliv-
ery hereof, hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant and
convey to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns for-
ever, all that certain piece or parcel of land, lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, and which is known and described
as follows to wit:
Commencing at the North West Corner of the grant known and
marked on the maps as the D.L. Clinch grant run north 4 degrees
45 minutes East to a stake on the line of the Florida Rail Road
thence Eastwardly along said Rail Road to the Section line dividing
seven and eight thence South along said section line 14 chains
and 17 links to the line of the grant, thence westwardly along the
line of the grant 11 chains and 43 links to the place of beginning
