same with the appurtenances. To have and to hold the above
described premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns
as her absolute property in fee simple forever: And the said
Mary L. Earle for herself and for all others claiming by through
or under her do covenant and agree that she is seized in fee
simple of a good and indefeasible estate in and to the above granted
premises by deed from Stephen McCall (trustee and B.J. Earle Pro Ammi)
bearing date and that they have conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description created by them and that the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns, shall quietly and peacefully enjoy
the above granted described premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming by, through or under her the said party of the
first part.
