This Indenture, Made this the sixth day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy
six between Julia Cessna, Annie L. Barton & W.K. Cessna & D.W.L. Bar-
ton their respective husbands who join in this deed for the
purpose of consenting to & ratifying the action of their respec-
tive wives in the premises & Franklin Johnson of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part, and
Annie L. Barton of Alachua County State of Florida party of
the second part,
            Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred & thirty
($330) dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained,
sold, released, granted, conveyed, confirmed, and by these presents
do bargain, sell, release, grant, convey and confirm unto the said
parties of the second part, her heirs and assigns, forever, all that
certain piece or parcel of land Situate and lying in Section twenty
two, Township ten, Range nineteen, and more particularly
described as follows viz = Commencing at the North West corner
of the lot owned by Cicero Nichols running thence North twenty three
chains & links to a stake thence South westerly along the line
of the AG & WIT Cos Railroad 14.50 chains to the Section
line; thence South along said Section line thirteen chains to the
point of beginning containing twenty three acres more or less
said lot is further described as lot No of the Survey of the
Patterson Place recorded in deed Book "I" of the Public records
of Alachua County Florida -
Also all that certain piece or parcel of land Situate and being in
Orange City and described as Block two Range two of the Sur-
vey of said town.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim,
and demand whatsoever, as well in Law as in Equity, of the said
parties of the first part in and to the above described premises,
and every part and parcel thereof:
To Have and To Hold The above granted, bargained and described premises,
with the appurtenance, unto the said party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns, to her and their own proper use benefit, and
behoof forever,
And the said parties of the first part, for their heirs, Executors,
and administrators do hereby covenant with the said party of 
the second part, her heirs and assigns, that at the time of the
delivery hereof the said parties of the first part, were the
lawful owners of the premises above granted, and Seized thereof
in fee simple absolute; that they are free from all encumbran-
ces; that the said parties of the first part have good right to sell
and convey the same to the said party of the Second part
