This indenture made this 19th day of July
AD 1877 Eighteen Hundred and Seventy Seven
Between Wade A. Geiger of the State of Florida
party of the first part and Franklin G. Bauknight
and Charles W. Bauknight of the State of Florida parties of 
the second part,
Witness that the said party of the first part for and
in Consideration of the sum of Two Hundred & Seventy
five Dollars to him in hand paid by the parties of
the second part at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt where of is
    Expressed
herebyxacknowledged. He bargained sold and Conveyed
and by these presents doth bargain sell and Convey
unto the said parties of the second part their heirs and
assigns that sertain piece parcel or lots of Land
lying and being situated in the town of Archer
Alachua County and the State of Florida
Known as lots 4 & 5 Four and Five in Block (6) six
said Lots being each (33) Thirty Three feet in width
by seventy five feet in Length and with all improvements
there on and together fronting (66) Sixty Six feet in
Dudley Street which bounds them on the south East
and the same frontage on Youngs Street which bounds
them on the North West to have and to hold the above
granted and described premises to the said parties
of the second part to them and their heirs forever.

                   Know all men by these presence that
on this the 21st day of July AD 1877 personally Came
before me Wade A. Geiger well Known to me to be the
person described in and who executed the foregoing deed
of Conveyance and Acknowledges that he signed sealed
and delivered the foregoing deed of Conveyance for the uses
and purposes there in Contained whereupon it is prayed
that the same may be recorded In witness whereof I
here unto set my hand and seal this the day & year
