This Indenture made this sixth day of July
in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & seventy seven
between DeWarren L. Barton attorney in fact for

State of Florida }
Alachua County   }
                   Before me personally Came
W.K. Cessna who upon Examination acknowledged that
he executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance for the
purpose there in Expressed where for it is prayed
that the same may be admitted to record
Witness my hand and seal this 18th day of June

This Indenture made the sixth day of July
in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight
Hundred and Seventy Seven between DeWarren L.
Barton Attorney in fact for Jane L. Hill and Robert
Hill her husband of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida party of the first part and Olivia A. Porter
of Alachua County & State of Florida party of the
second part
           Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in Consideration of the sum of
Two Hundred & fifty Dollars to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at and
before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
where of is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold
released granted Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents
does bargain sell release grant Convey and Confirm unto the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever
all that certain Lot or parcel of Land lying and being
situated in the town of Gainesville
County of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and described on the plat or maps of said town
as Block Seven (7) Range Three (3)
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appertainances there unto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and all the Estate right title interest property
possession Claim and demand who soever
as well in Law as in Equity of the said party of the first
part in and to the above described premises and every
part and parcel there of To have and to hold
the above granted bargained and described premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
