heirs and assigns forever all these certain lots or parcels of land
situate lying and being in the Town of Waldo County of Alachua
and State of Florida and better and more fully known and
described on the plat of said town as lots three and four in Block
twenty (Lots 3&4 Block 20)      To have and to hold the above
described premises, together with all and singular the rights tene
privileges tenements easements and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of the 
second part and his heirs and assigns as his absolute property 
in fee simple forever and the said Florida Town Improvement
Company for itself and assigns and for all others claiming by
through or under it does covenant and agree that at the time
of the execution and delivery of these presents, the said company is
seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above premises
and has good right to convey the same the as it has conveyed
the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens
of any and every nature and description; and that the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and 
peaceably and may at all times hereafter have use occupy
possess and enjoy the above described premises against all
persons lawfully claiming the same and that it will at any
and all times make such further covenant conveyance and
assurance at the expense of the said party of the second part as his
the said party of the second part his heirs or assigns or counsel
learned in the law may require.
            In witness whereof the said party of the first part
has caused its seal to be hereunto affixed and these presents to be
certified by its President and Resident Manager this the day and
year first above written.

     This Indenture made the Fourth day of April in the year of our Lord one
thousand and Eight hundred and seventy Six between Leopold Klee and his
wife Carmen G. de Klee parties of the first part Elizabeth Ransom
wife of Lyman T. Ransom of the second part Witnesseth that the said parites
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand nine
hundred and Fifty Dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever all that certain
tract of land conveyed to them by deed of Elias Earle and his wife
