saw P.L. Standley J.B. Dell Laura L. Dell
J.W. Standly and Lavina Standly sign seal and deliver
the foregoing deed of Conveyance for the uses and
purposes as therein Contained and Expressed
and that he together with Albert Clark signed
the same as subscribing witnesses then to
Sworn to and subscribed

In Consideration of the sum of Forty two 50/00 Dollars
to us paid in hand the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged we hereby promise and agree to make and
deliver unto Charles P. Perry of Alachua County and
state of Florida on or before the first day of May Ad 1877
a good and sufficient deed with the usual Covenants
of warranty release of dower & c of all that tract or
parcel of Land Lying and being in the County of
Alachua and state of Florida and Known as a part
of the Patterson Place and further Known as Perry house
lot and bounded as follows, Beginning at the N.E. Corner
of section 15 Township 10 Range 19 and running 20 chains
west thence north 10 feet to the NE Corner of said
Lot thence North 30\" west Two hundred & Seventy two feet
thence west Tow Hundred & Ninety feet Thence south two
hundred & Ninety Six feet Thence North 60\" East
Five Hundred & Twenty Six feet to place of beginning
Containing three Acres more or less
