that we James B. Dawkins and C.T. Dawkins his
wife of Alachua County Florida for and in Consider
-ation of Two Hundred Dollars $200\00 to us
secured to be paid by James Henegger the receipt
where of is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and Convey,
unto the said J. Henegger all that Certain
piece or parcel of Land described as follows
Commencing in the S East Corner of the west half
of section 25 T 9, R 19 running 440 yds along the
dividing line of section 25, T9, R19, W 440 yds
thence west 440 yds thence south 440 yds
thence East 440 yds to the place of beginning
Containing 40 Acres -
To Have and to hold the same unto the said
J. Henegger his heirs and assign for ever

hundred and Seventy Seven between P.M. Oliver of the Town of
Gainesville in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part, and T.J. Ray of the Same place of the
second part, Witnesseth that the Said party of the first
