paid before the delivery hereof, hath bargained and Sold and
by these presents doth grant and convey to the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that Certain
piece or parcel of land, lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and which is known and 
described as follows, to wit: commencing at a point where
the section which divides Section Seven and Eight crosses
the Florida Rail Road Run South along said Section line
14 chains and 17 links to the line of the D.L. Clinch grant
thence west along said grant line to a stake 210 feet thence
North 4 degrees 45 minuets East to a stake on the Florida
Rail Road thence Easterly along said Rail Road to the place
of begining being a fraction of the South East Quarter of the
North East Quarter of Section number Seven (7) in town-
ship number Ten (10) of Range number twenty (20) South and
East Containing Four (4) Acres more or less together with all
and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
and all the estate title and interest of the Said party of the
first part therein. And the Said party of the first part doth
hereby covenant and agree with the said party of the Second
part that at the time of the delivery hereof the Said party
of the first part is the lawful owner of the premises above
granted and Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute and that he
will warrant and defend the above granted premises in the qui-
et and peaceable possession of the Said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever.

the 5th day of July one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven
