Mary L. Earle and described as follows to wit starting at a point
                                         first
on the Lake Santa Fe, at south side of said^parties first premises
thence north along the along the shore of said lake to ditch thence
west along the south side of said ditch parrell with south line of
lots no 6 & 7 to west line of lots No 6 Section 4 Township 9 Range 22
East - thence south from said west line to South line of lots No 6
thence east to point of beginning, also lots no 10 and 18 of same
section Township and Range.  The whole comprising one Hundred
and Thirty acres more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rent Issues and profits thereof and
also all the estate right title interest, dower and right of dower
separate estate property, possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in Equity, to the said parties of the first part
of in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances; To have and to hold the above granted bargained
and described premises with the appurtenances, unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns to her own proper
use benefit and behoof forever       (and the said parties of
the first part for their heirs executors and administrators do
covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns, that the said parties of the first part
at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents are
lawfully seized in fee simple of a good absolute and indefeasible
                        and
estate of inheritance of^in and to all and singular the above granted
bargained, and described premises with the appurtenances and
their good right full power and lawful authority to grant bargain
sell, and convey the same in manner and form aforesaid
And that the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
shall and may at all times hereafter peacefully and quietly have
hold use and occupy possess and convey the above granted premises
and every part and parcel there of with the appurtenances without
any let suit trouble molestation eviction or disturbance of the
said parties of the first part their heirs or assigns or of any
other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the
same  And that the same now are free clear discharged and
unencumbered of and from all former and other grants titles
charges estate judgements taxes assesments and incumbrances
of what nature and kind soever.  And for the consideration
aforesaid and divers other good reasons and valuable considerations
Carmen G. Klee wife of said Leopold Klee do hereby release and
quit claim unto the said Elizabeth Ranson her heirs and
assigns all my right claim or possibility of dower in or out
of the aforesaid and described premises.  And the said parties of
the first have for themselves and their heirs the above described
and hereby granted and released premises, and every part and 
parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns against the said parties
