Know all Men by these presents, That we Antoino Artoloza
ga and Jwan Jaurequee of the City County and State of New York
have made constituted and appointed, and by these presents do
make constitue and appoint Santiago Carrio of Waldo Florida
our true and Lawful attorney for us and in our name place and
Stead To grant bargain Sell and convey all our right title and
interest in all Lands tenements hereditaments Chattels Real and
personal property of every kind and description owned by us in
"Waldo" County of Alachua in the State of Florida and in
our name to make execute and acknowledge and deliver good
and Sufficient conveyance or deeds for the Same, And to exercise
the general control and Supervision over all our rights and in-
terest in above described premises and to prevent by lawful means
the commission of any trespass or waste or other injury thereon and to
Recieve all money and in our name give acquittance for the Same
Giving and granting unto our said attorney full power and author-
ity to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever req-
uisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully,
to all intents and puposes, as we might or could do if personally
present, with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby
ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney = or his substi-
tute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
