ents Bargain sell release and convey to the said party of the second
part and to her heirs and assigns forever, the following described Real
Estate The same being a part of the Trust Estate of The the said James
W. McQueen deceased and which is more fully described as follows
to witt The E1/2 of of the SE1/4 & The E1/2 of the of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4
and the E1/2 of the SE1/4 & the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Sec921) & NE1/4 of Sec(28)
& the W1/2 of the NW1/4 of sec(22) T(7) S of R(18) East Situated on the NW
Side of Lawtons Branch and containing Three & eleven & 44/100 acres more
or leas. Allso the NE1/4 of the NW1/4 of sec(28) and SE1/4 of the SW1/4 & the
NW1/4 & the SW1/4 and the W1/2 of the SE1/4 of NE1/4 & NW1/4 & SW1/4 of
the SW1/4 & the W1/2 of the NE1/4 & the E1/2 of the NE1/4 of Sec(15) T(7)
S of R(18) East containing four hundred and forty four acres more
or less Also the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 The NE1/4 of NW1/4 & S1/2 of NW1/4
& NW1/4 of NE1/4 & NW1/4 of NW1/4 of Sec(14) T7 R18 S & East containing
Two hundred and forty acres more or less making in all nine hun-
dred and ninety five & 54/100 acres or less. All of which is situated
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida being lands bought
by the Said Parties as trustees as aforesaid from one J.E. Dodd. Allso
the following described parcels of land belonging to said trust Estate
and which are Situated and lay in the County of Lafayette Florida.
And which are more fully known and described as Eighty (80) in Sec
(23) T(10) R13 S&E and laying immediately North of and adjoining the
lands of Clarissa Chairs wife of Thomas P. Chairs and bounded as follows
Beginning at the NE Corner of the lands of the said Clara Chairs in
Said section and running thence due west one half mile to a Stake
thence due East one half mile to a Stake on the East McQueen bound-
ary line in said Section thence due South four hundred and forty (440)
yards to the beginning Corner. Also the West half of NW1/4 of Sec(22)
T(10) R13 S&E making one hundred and Sixty (160) acres more or less
making in all Eleven Hundred & fifty five & 1/2 Acres be the Same more
or less. To Have and to Hold the same together with all the rights and
ways rents and reversions, Heriditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any way thereunto appertaining to her the said Adie
McIlvaine her Heirs representatives and assigns to her and their own
free use and behoof in fee Simple & forever. And only subjected to
such charge and Lein as is created by the Decree of the Chancellor
rendered, as aforesaid on the second day of July AD 1877, In a certain con-
troversy therein pending wherein the Said party of the Second part and her
husband William McIlvaine were complainants. And the said parties of
the first part Et al were defended refference to Said decree now of record
in the Chancery Court of Lafayette County Fla is hereby made for more full
particulars. And this Indenture further witnesseth that the Said
Said parties of the first part as trustees as aforesaid and as such
annexed deed hereby Covenants to warrant and defend the titles in the above
and before described lands and every part thereof to the said party
of the second part her heirs representatives and assigns
against the lawful claims or claims of any one claiming by
through or under them or either of them as trustees as aforesaid
